Xj6 rebuild starts tomorrow

Work in progress? Car partially underway? If you want a spot to dedicate to the work this is where you'll want to go.

Bad news. There will not be any work for a couple of weeks on this project because there is not any work for me to do at work. Too many work. But I can certainly finish with the resin I have. I'm too far along to warrant buying more mat though. Pity.

I did a layer on the outside of the box today, for the corner. But I've not worked in forver and it's not going so well. The car is being a PITA and I can't figure it out. I'm really scared to drive it anywhere. Especially on the highway. I have $5 in my bank account, and I am tearing my hair out because my bosses never need me to do any work, it's been like four weeks or something. Now they are on vacation.

No updates for a while. This summer, it's new engine time.

I'd rather be broke, man.

I'll have six crunchy tacos and a large doctor pepper. And fire sauce.

My digital camera broke. I was going to post some pics up but this is crap. Car's messed up, I'm broke, and so is my camera. Tell you what, when I'm done, I promise that I'll shoot the whole thing in HD. I've got access to HD cameras at school, as well as some awesome digital SLR's. I think that I am working two days this week instead of the usual one, but a hard drive failure has also set me back.

I'm saving up for a wrecked car with a running TPI or LT1 350 and trans, so that I can be done with this jag sh*t and swap the engine/trans. Anybody know anybody who's got a wrecked impala ss or a camaro let me know...

Here's a tidbit for you all.

realm's ftp isn't working for me right now. So it's not in high def, that camera was checked out today. But I dug out my old footage and transfered it from miniDV to my pc. And yes, i DO edit videos on a pc. Ever use final cut? It's like passing a kidney stone.

:cwm11: I used to enjoy using after effects and premiere or encore among the others, we used to pretty much have everything Adobe and their affiliates could throw out there, but with any of their video programs...rendering made me one to kill!!! :cwm15:

It's been awhile so I would probably rather useless with it now...besides very very basic things in AE.

I found a nice 'vette that would do for an engine and trans on craigslist. I wish I had $3k.

Imagine:

JAGVETTE!

John: do you have a 'vette?
