Nintendo Wii

#3 on pre-order list at my store, but wasn't worried about getting one.

Showed up about 9:30 for the 10am opening. about 4 other guys there with me. After place opened more people came in, but I got mine and got out.

I traded in Gears of War, Fifa 07, Bully, and The Godfather, and that plus my $50 preorder brought the price for the console call of duty 3 and red steel down to $125.

I have tried all the Wii Sports games out, and they are all pretty fun in their own right. I would say Golf is the best, bowling is a close second, baseball is ok, tennis is ok, and boxing is iffy. The controls on boxing are confusing, and the wii-mote is not very responsive, you end up just flailing your arms at the screen because precision hits are not too easy.

I would be interested to see what they could do with a game like Fight Night on the Wii. Because Wii-Boxing is lackluster on controls.
