If you want to really go all out, hit up ebay for Dynaco preamps and amps. I have a solid state stereo 120 (all amplifier and nothing else) that is more well built than many recievers on the market today.

lol wow....this is what you find when you are real bored...still have the stanton and love it! still running off the Kenwood! but Flak...when this thread was going on...i knew nothing about dynaco...now i actually am using a stereo 120 at school! just to listen to music when i am working on labs...pretty solid amp...no pre amp though...just running the iPod in...

thought it was kind of ironic
